What I use
- Technical and security data to keep the site safe and reliable.
- Order, delivery and consent records to fulfil purchases and provide secure downloads.
- Email and request details when a buyer asks for support, cancellation or a refund.
No advertising trackers are used. The site counts page visits in anonymous daily totals without cookies or visitor profiles. Paddle handles payment, tax and fraud checks as Merchant of Record; Magical Fantasy Art does not receive full card or bank details.
Retention and your choices
Data is kept only as long as needed for delivery, support, security and legal record-keeping. You may request access, correction, deletion or another privacy right where applicable. Use the contact details on the Company details page. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
